- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★2018-03-19, by Susan ToddMy husband bought me a watch from this store. I had it altered at newcastle store but it was still too big. I called at metrocentre tonight and the young lady (long dark hair)and young man (light brown hair) who served us were helpful and very pleasant. Nothing was any trouble. Credit to the store.
